NCC combined training camp underway

The NCC Combined Annual Training Camp is underway at IG Stadium, Kohima from February 1 which will culminate on February 10.

Kohima, February 2 (MExN): The NCC Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-113) is underway at IG Stadium, Kohima from February 1 which will culminate on February 10. The training camp is organized by 24 Nagaland (I) Coy NCC, Kohima where 462 NCC cadets from different colleges and schools from Nagaland are taking part. Six Associated NCC officers from various schools and colleges are also a part of the camp, as per a press release from Lt Col Sumit K Sharma, PRO (Defence). Brig K Venugopal SM, NCC Group Cadre, Kohima laid down the aim of the camp and encouraged the cadets to make the best use of opportunities which will be given. The programs include map reading, firing, drill, FC/BC, disaster management, fire service, leadership capsule, guarding against social media and personality development.
