DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 14 (MExN): The Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) today expressed concern at the NFR move to place the administrative HQ of Dimapur Railway Station from Lumding to Tinsukia. A press note from the NCD demanded that this proposal be immediately cancelled. It further cautioned failure to cancel this move would compel Naga civil society under the aegis of NCD to take its own course of action “by way of different kinds of agitation which may necessitate to the extent of blocking train service.”
