DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 28 (MExN): The PAC of the Naga Council Dimapur today informed that the October 31 public rally at Khermahal Police Point will begin at 10:00am. The PAC asked all attendees to maintain decorum and wear their respective traditional attire. It also asked community leaders to arrange 20 youth volunteers each to supervise their delegates for the sitting and traffic regulations. DDSC ground, NST garage, Neingulie memorial school campus and adjoining areas have been designated as parking spaces.
Further it said that business establishments would remain closed till 12:00noon, however educational institutions will remain open. A briefing is scheduled at the NCD office at 10:00 am on October 30.
