DIMUL bags 3rd position for best Performing Dairy Cooperative
Dimapur, December 8 (MExN): The National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India Limited (NCDFI) celebrates its 53rd Foundation Day and Institutional Sales Awards 2023 at Gangtok, Sikkim on December. It was attended by Dairy Cooperatives from all over the Nation.
The Minister, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Government of Sikkim, Lok Nath Sharma addressed the event.
The foundation day celebration was followed the Institutional Sales Awards 2023, where Dimapur District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd (DIMUL) bagged the 3rd position for best Performing Dairy Cooperative from NE Region. DIMUL was recognised for its extensive milk supply to the Ministry of Defense, Indian Army in the NE.
The Minister handed over the award to Dimapur Milk Union in presence of Chairman NCDFI Dr Mangal Jit Rai.
The 1st position was bagged by West Assam Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd. (Purabi Dairy) and 2nd place was bagged by Sikkim Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd (Sikkim Milk).
