NCF Dehradun celebrates 25th anniversary

Dimapur, February 7 (MExN): The Naga Christian Fellowship (NCF) Dehradun celebrated its 25th anniversary under the theme, ‘Being fashioned for Perfection’ at New Life Centre High School, Dehradun on February 4.

Dr Kethoser Aniu Kevichusa, Evangelist and Bible teacher, based in Dimapur, was the speaker. Dr Kevichusa spoke from the book of Joshua 24, while also contextualising the passage with the contemporary Naga situation.

Alumni including the pioneers, who started the NCF in the early part of 1999, were present on the occasion. Kuvera Nakro (Chairman) and Medohunuo Vizo (Treasurer), who came along with other fellow-pioneers, were the first office bearers of the fellowship, stated a press release issued by the Planning Committee, NCF Dehradun.

Pastors and associates of NCFs from other cities of the country, as well as scores of students, well-wishers, and members of the Christian community in Uttarakhand attended the event. Altogether, close to five hundred people attended the celebrations, which culminated with the rendition of the Hallelujah Chorus by the Anniversary Choir.
