NCSA disappointed with Cabinet’s decision

Dimapur, December 11 (MExN): The Nagaland Civil Services Association (NCSA) today conveyed its disappointment with the State Cabinet’s decision to form a special committee to look into the grievances of the NCS officers and the submission of its report by January 31, 2018. The Cabinet took the decision on December 6. The decision neither take into account the points made in the Association’s letter addressed to Nagaland Chief Minister on December 4 nor followed the timeline that the points must be ‘agreed to in principle’ by December 16, stated a press release from NSCA President Orenthung Lotha. If the above terms are not officially fulfilled by December 16, the NCSA would be compelled to initiate its own course of action from December 17, it added.
