Nagaland Chief Minister Dr Neiphiu Rio today maintained that “National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government is doing very well’ under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Under the leadership of Modi, Dr. Rio said that “so many initiatives, so many infrastructures, so many changes” have been taking place in the country.
He said this while addressing North East NSS Festival 2025 under the theme “Viksit Bharat” at Dzüü Resort, Rüsoma in Kohima district on June 11.
Dr Rio congratulated Modi on completion of 11 years of NDA government and his vision “Viksit Bharat 2047.”
In Nagaland, Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) is also partner of NDA. Dr Rio said that Nagaland also joined the rest of the country in celebrating 11 years of NDA government led by Modi on June 10. Touching on economy of the country, he remarked ‘India has surpassed Japan as world’s fourth-largest economy, and is poise to overtake Germany as third world’ largest economy by next year.’
