Neiba Kronu and others at the meeting of NDPP, 16th Pfutsero A/C at Pfutsero on November 19.
Kohima, November 21 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) of the 16th Pfutsero Assembly Constituency convened a meeting of all its office bearers including the parent body, town and village units on November 19 in the private residence of former minister Neiba Kronu at Glory Peak, Pfutsero.
The meeting was attended by more than 300 delegates. The meeting re-affirmed its absolute faith and confidence in the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and NDPP president Chingwang Konyak.
K Puro, senior vice president, NDPP Central, Kedoutsolhi Wetsah, secretary, NDPP Central, Atsole Kreo, general secretary, CWO NDPP and Neikhrolo Khalo, president NDPP Phek region spoke at the meeting and urged the gathering to work wholeheartedly and take the party to greater heights.
Dingulo Khutsoh, president NDPP 16th Pfutsero A/C on behalf of the party appreciated the selfless work of Neikhrolo Khalo for his good and able leadership in guiding the NDPP Phek region.
In a spontaneous gesture, the gathering expressed its deep appreciation to Neiba Kronu for bringing unprecedented development for the area in particular and the state in general by bringing in various central megaprojects.
The house also acknowledged his (Kronu) concern for party which has tremendously boosted their morale. The meeting culminated with a unanimous resolution expressing confidence and support towards the exemplary leadership of Neiba Kronu and strengthening his hands in all future endeavours. The meeting was chaired by Kevisanyu Marhu, General Secretary, NDPP, 16th Pfutsero A/C.
