ZUNHEBOTO, June 7 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) unit of the 35-Zunheboto Assembly Constituency has announced a sponsorship initiative for aspirants of the NPSC and NSSB civil service examinations.
According to a release issued by the party, the initiative is being generously supported by Shri K. Tokugha Sukhalu, IAS (Retd.), who is also the sitting MLA and Advisor. He has offered to sponsor coaching for 10 promising aspirants — or more, if additional deserving candidates are identified — from the constituency. The coaching will be facilitated by NPSC Mentors Coaching Institute, which has branches in Kohima, Chümoukedima, and Dimapur.
To select candidates for the sponsorship, a written selection test will be conducted on June 21, 2025, at Olympic Higher Secondary School, Zunheboto, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The offline test will cover a 100-mark syllabus that includes Indian History, Geography, Polity, Economy, General Science, Nagaland-specific topics, Current Affairs, and Reasoning and Aptitude. A negative marking of 0.33 will be applied for every wrong answer.
Interested aspirants must submit a photocopy of their graduation certificate and Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) issued by the district administration during the registration period between June 9 and June 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the NDPP 35-Zunheboto AC office. No late registrations will be accepted.
