Kohima, December 19 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) of 18th Chozuba A/C celebrated Advent Christmas at Phusachodu Village under Phek district on Saturday.
It was hosted by intending candidate Kudecho Khamo & family. Rev. Dr. Kedungulo Mero was the speaker of the programme.
He reminded that Christmas is not only a time for celebration for the birth of Jesus Christ but also to seek forgiveness and reconcile with one another.
Kudecho Khamo said that Christmas is a time of joy and thanksgiving and reminded the gathering that Jesus Christ was born to save the human race from their sins and asked the gathering to uphold Christmas spirit in the real sense.
“Let us all give something back and thank God for his blessing during this Christmas season,” he said.
