Dimapur, July 29 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) on Friday reiterated its “commitment of providing a Government that is transparent, accountable and accessible will continue to be our slogan and thrust. We look forward to taking Nagaland into a new era!”
The party in its press release stated that the NDPP president and rank and file welcomes the decision for the continuation of the NDPP-BJP alliance on the 40:20 seat sharing formula for the General Elections of 2023.
While the NDPP has always been confident of the commitment of the BJP, this announcement lays to rest many doubts and rumours that have arisen on the eve to the general elections of 2023. This also confirms the trust and confidence the BJP leadership has on the CM, the party stated. ‘With such a strong alliance in place, the NDPP expressed confidence that the alliance will return back to power with bigger numbers in order to further carry forward our commitments and visions for the State.
