CM XI team with Nagaland Girl’s Team during friendly match held at Indira Gandhi Stadium Kohima on June 17.
Kohima, June 17 (MExN): The NDPP Kohima region is organizing Inter-Assembly Constituency football tournament at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima on June 24.
The following teams will be participating in the tournament. CM XI Team (Including all MLAs and Central Party workers), Kohima region Team, 8th Western Angami A/C, 9th Kohima Town A/C, 10th Northern Angami-I A/C, 11th Northern Angami-II A/C, 14th Southern Angami-I A/C and 15th Southern Angami-II A/C.
Meanwhile, CM XI team today had a friendly match with Nagaland Girl's Team who are going to participate in the forthcoming National Game at Guwahati on June 22.
Nagaland Youth Resources & Sports, Advisor, Er Zale Neikha had an interaction with the Nagaland Girl’s Team before the friendly match. He encouraged young girls to give their best in the forthcoming National Tournament. “Our young girls have ability and potential to play well,” he said citing the example of Nagaland Girl's Team playing with International Girl’s Team during 2019 at Sweden. He said that our girls have the stamina and the energy to manage the ground well and advised them to have more understanding with team spirit and to give their full force in the finishing line for scoring.
