DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 11 (MExN): The North East Zone Kho Kho Federation elected a new team of office bearers. This was done during a general body meeting held at Guwahati in the presence of the All India Kho Kho Federation Vice President, Madhusudhan Singh on October 10. The new team will be led by President, Rajib Prakash Baruah (ACS) Assam; Vice President, Dr S Amos Lkr (Nagaland); Vice President, BK Roka (Sikkim); Treasurer, O Budi Singh (Manipur); Chairman, Advocate Puto Bui (Arunachal Pradesh); Advisor, Bishnu Bhattacharjee (Nagaland); and Referee Board Convenor, Shymal Ghosh (Tripura).
It was also decided that the next North East Kho Kho Championship will be held in Nagaland which will be organised by the second week of November 2021.The winning team and the runner-up team will participate in the national tournament which will be organised at Karnataka at the end of November 2021.
