Dimapur, October 12 (MExN): North East Institute of Social Science & Research (NEISSR) is organising Foundation cum Graduation Day for the first batch of Master of Social Work (MSW) on October 14 at 9:00 am, Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School Campus, DBIDL Hall, Dimapur.
PB Acharya, Governor of Nagaland will grace the occasion as the chief guest, Prof. N. S. Jamir, Acting Vice Chancellor, Nagaland University as the guest of honour and Most. Rev. Dr. James Thoppil, Bishop of Kohima as the Chairman, NEISSR.
NEISSR Principal, Dr. (Fr.) C. P. Anto in a press release stated that the North East Institute of Social Science & Research (NEISSR) is the first Master of Social Work (MSW) under Nagaland (Central) University. It started in the year 2014 with specializations in Community Development (CD), Youth Development (YD) and Peace & Conflict Transformation Studies (PCTS).
