Lotha in a press released informed that under Rule 5 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, consequent upon the By-Election to the Eleventh Nagaland Legislative Assembly from 26-Aonglenden A/C, Toshipokba is to make an Oath/Affirmation before the Speaker, Nagaland Legislative Assembly at 10 a.m. on the 24th May 2011 in his Office Chamber, Assembly Secretariat, Kohima.
