DC Dimapur informs Dimapur, January 10 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner and Chairman of Regional Transport Authority (RTA), Dimapur has informed the public under the jurisdiction of RTA, Dimapur that fresh application for issuing of autorickshaw assurance certificate will not be entertained till March 31, 2017. This decision was made at the meeting of RTA Board Dimapur held on December 20, 2016.     Medical Board Examination for grade III, IV staff Kohima, January 10 (MExN): Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Kohima, Dr. Avino Metha has informed all the head of departments that the Medical Board Examination for confirmation of service, invalidation and commutation of pension etc. for grade III & IV staff will be held in the office of the Chief Medical Officer, Kohima located at Para Medical Colony. The examination will be held at 9:30 am on February 2, May 4, August 3, and November 2, 2017. The CMO in a circular informed that the medical board will sit the next day if there is holiday on the mentioned dates. The head of departments have been requested to inform their DDOs concerned to send the list of candidates to the CMO office in advance.     NSCN (IM) expresses sadness Dimapur, January 10 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) today expressed sadness over the sudden demise of Cyphus, Tatar, on January 8 around 4:00 pm at Senapati district headquarters. Cyphus joined the NSCN (IM) in 2011 along with his colleagues from NSCN (K) and was assigned as Leacy. In 2014, he was promoted to Tatar. “In this short period of time he served the party will full honour and sincerity,” stated a condolence message from A. Ashiho Mao, Secretary, Tatar Hoho, NSCN (IM). The Tatar Hoho Secretary prayed that the Almighty God will give strength to the bereaved family.     NSCN (IM) condoles Dimapur, January 10 (MExN): NSCN (IM) has mourned the demise of Aokumdang Imchen, Deputy Kilonser, Ministry of Internal Security, NSCN (IM) on January 10 morning at his residence in Mokokchung. A condolence message from G. Robert, Cabinet Secretary, NSCN (IM) informed that Aokumdang joined the National Service on May 29, 1995 and “served the nation with utmost sincerity and dedication in various capacities.” It added, “Naga Nation will always cherish and appreciate the selfless service he had rendered.” The NSCN (IM) further prayed to God to give strength and solace to the bereaved family to bear the great loss.
