ZTYO convenes meeting

The Presidents of ZTGBA, STH (Z), ZCCI, Taxi Union, Green Club, Council Chairman of all Colonies, and Colonies Youth Forum have been requested to attend the meeting.
Ao Senden appeals for aid to fire victims
Mokokchung, February 19 (MExN): Ao Senden today extended sympathy to the families affected by fire in Longkhum village. A press release from Ao Senden Imolemba Jamir and General Secretary S Panger Ao informed that the Senden visited the village and met with the village council and affected families. The fire gutted five houses. The Ao Senden has urged all the Aos to be “cognizant of the humanitarian duties and responsibility that has been embedded in our socio-cultural roots for generations during such calamities and come forward with various aid and relief measures so as to strengthen the bond between ourselves.”

Kohima, February 19 (DIPR): Secretary, Nagaland Public Service Commission NPSC, Sarah R. Ritse has informed all concerned that the Admission Certificate for NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services (Main) Examination, 2015 can be downloaded by submitting the Transaction ID of the online application form at www.ncsmains.npsc.co.in from February 19 onwards. PTCSU laments erratic power supply in Phek Town
Phek, February 19 (MExN): Phek Town Chakhesang Students' Union (PTCSU) today expressed anguish and pain over the erratic power supply in Phek Town. A press release from PTCSU President, Thuputo Venuh and Editor, Seo Hoshi highlighted that with the onset of HSLC and HSSLC exams, Phek Town has been facing frequent load shedding. The student’ union has lodged many complaints with the authority concerned, but the problem has remained unaddressed so far, the release stated. Maintaining that the students are not able to concentrate on their studies due to the power cuts, the union fervently appealed to the authority to take immediate action for the welfare of the students and public in general.
Textbooks under SDEO Dimapur to be issued from Feb 22
Dimapur, February 19 (MExN): Sub-Divisional Education Officer (SDEO), Dimapur has informed that free text books will be issued EBRC Block wise as mentioned below: EBRC Kushiabill – February 22; EBRC Urban – February 23; EBRC Medziphema – February 24; EBRC Dhansiripar – February 25. All the head of GPS/ GMS/ GHS have been directed to bring along their respective school seal and collect the free textbooks according to the above schedule.
