Youth killed in bike crash

A young man of 25 years was killed in a tragic bike crash at Nyamo Lotha Road, Dimapur on April 12. The deceased, identified as Otohito Shohe of C Block, Darogapathar, died on the spot. The accident occurred around 2:40 am when the bike with Shohe and a pillion rider hit a lane divider. The pillion rider, identified as Simol Pochury survived with injury.

Kohima, April 12 (MExN): PWD, National Highway Division- I is carrying out Periodical Renewal works (Black Topping) along the National Highway - 02 within Kohima Town from TCP Point to Indira Gandhi Stadium Jn. Therefore, Executive Engineer, PWD (NH) has requested the public not to park their vehicles which may cause obstruction for smooth and timely execution of works along the highway stretch during the working hours (i.e from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am). The public have also been requested to bear with the inconvenience caused.
CCCRC prayer and fasting
Dimapur, April 12 (MExN): In response to “the Divine revelation”, the Council of Chakhesang Christian Revival Churches (CCCRC) has convened a prayer and fasting programme at Mission and Prayer Centre Chetheba from April 15-17.
