Akhale Vizol takes charge of Tourism Department
Kohima, April 5 (DIPR): The Directorate of Tourism, through a Notification, has informed that Additional Director of Tourism, Akhale Vizol has taken over charge with effect from March 27, 2018. Henceforth all the official correspondences including telephonic address shall be routed as given below: Akhale Vizol, Addl. One held with illegal arms
Kohima, April 5 (MExN): The 3 Assam Rifles on Wednesday arrested an individual from Lower Chandmari Colony, Kohima for possessing “illegal arms and ammunition”. Based on specific information, the AR conducted a search and recovered 7.65 Pistol, one 7.65 Revolver, three 7.65 live rounds, one 7.65 misfired round, one magazine and tools for weapon repair and documents. The accused was identified as one M Vicha Sekhose, 47 years. The accused along with recovered items were handed over to South Police Station, Kohima for further investigation, a defence release stated.
Wokha RSBY card holders informed
Wokha, April 5 (MExN): The District Coordinator, RSBY Opeartions, Wokha has informed all the card holders of RSBY 2017 (National Health Insurance Scheme) under Wokha District that the policy has been extended till June 30 by the Government for availing free treatment at Dr. Motsuo Memorial District Hospital, Wokha which is empanelled and fully functional as per RSBY guidelines.
