Foes find a way to unite?
Dimapur, April 19 (MExN): Two persons with allegiance to two feuding groups found a rather unconventional way to work together. A cadre of the NSCN (IM) and another of the rival GPRN/NSCN were arrested by the Dimapur Police on April 19 while collecting money for their respective groups from truck drivers at the Dillai inter-state police check post, Dimapur. A press release from the Dimapur Police PRO identified the two as Renben Lotha of the NSCN (IM) and Lanuyanger Ao of the GPRN/NSCN. It informed that cash amounting to Rs. 9390 along with “tax coupon” were seized from the duo. Accordingly, a case has been registered and investigation is ongoing, the PRO added.

Wokha, April 19 (MExN): The District Education Officer Wokha has informed teachers of both government and private schools to collect the Teacher’s (State and District) Award forms from District Education Officer, Wokha, w.e.f. April 20 during office hours.
