A total of 26 returnees who have been in quarantine for 21 days at QC-5 Yingli College Longleng were discharged on July 6. The discharged occupants have tested negative for second time, informed a DIPR report. Expressing their gratitude, the returnees handed over a note of acknowledgement to Longleng DC & Chairman DTF, M Shayung Phom along with cash of Rs 3350 as free will donation towards COVID-19 kitchen management. Thonoknyu Hq received seven returnees (5 from Chennai and 2 from Bangalore) from Noklak quarantine centre on July 6 to stay 14 days quarantine at Thonoknyu Area quarantine center in KGBV Boy's Hostel. A DIPR report stated that they were received by the Disaster Management Committee and Joint Forum TTAC at around 10:30 pm.
