Zunheboto, June 9 (MExN): The Jhum-Vol 2, a newsletter on environment and development published by Soil & Water Conservation Department Lizutomi village under Zunheboto district was released on June 8.
Lizutomi Village Council, Chairman, Hokhayi Awomi released the newsletter in the presence of Er. Dinanath Bujarbarua, Executive Engineer, Brahmaputra Board, who is on a visit to Nagaland as part of the monitoring exercise of Integrated Catchment Area Treatment (ICAT).
Zhekheto Awomi, DSCO, Zunheboto in a press release stated that the Jhum-Vol 2 is a special edition on Integrated Catchment Area Treatment, a programme of the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation (FMP) and this particular issue focuses on the ongoing project works under Zunheboto district.
