Maligaon, October 16 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to revise timings of few trains under its jurisdiction. The timings of train no. 05695/05696 (Agartala-Silchar-Agartala) Special, train no. 05922/05921 (New Tinsukia-Dhubri-New Tinsukia) tri weekly special train, train no. 05638/05637 (Silchar-Naharlagun-Silchar) Special and train no. 05628/05627 (Agartala-Guwahati-Agartala) Special have been revised to rationalise the movement of other trains over this zone.
Train no. 05695/05696 (Agartala-Silchar-Agartala) Special to run on every Thursday & Saturday with revised timings from October 14 till December 21. Train no. 05695 (Agartala- Silchar) Special departs from Agartala at 06:00 hours and arrive Silchar at 11:50 hours with revised timings. Train no. 05696 (Silchar - Agartala) Special to depart from Silchar at 16:35 hours and arrives Agartala at 22:30 hours with revised timings. The timings of the trainhave also been changed at Ambassa, Dharmanagar, New Karimganj, Badarpur andArunachal stations.
Train no. 05922 (New Tinsukia-Dhubri) tri weekly special to run on every Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday with revised timings from October 15 till November 19. The train will depart from New Tinsukia at 14:30 hours and arrives Dhubri at 04:30 hours with revised timings. Train no. 05921 (Dhubri-New Tinsukia) tri weekly special to run on every Wednesday, Friday & Monday with revised timings from October 16 till November 20. The train will depart from Dhubri at 05:00 hours and arrives New Tinsukia at 22:00 hours with revised timings. The timings of the train have also been changed at Dhemaji, Harmuti, Udalguri, Rangiya, Tihu, New Bongaigaon and Sapatgram stations.
Train no. 05638 (Silchar-Naharlagun) Special to run on every Monday with revised timings from October 16 till November 27. The train will depart from Silchar at 13:50 hours and arrives Naharlagun at 08:40 hours with revised timings on next day. Train no. 05637(Naharlagun-Silchar) Special will run on every Tuesday with revised timings from October 17 till November 28. The train will depart from Naharlagun at 10:00 hours and arrives Silcharat 05:20 hours with revised timings on next day. The timings of the train have also been changed at New Haflong, Lumding Jn., Dimapur, Mariani, New Tinsukia, Dhemaji and Harmuti stations.
Train no. 05628 (Agartala-Guwahati) Special will run on every Thursday with revised timings from October 19 till November 30. The train will depart from Agartala at 19:00 hours and arrive Guwahati at 08:45 hours with revised timings on next day.
Train no. 05627 (Guwahati- Agartala) Special will run on every Friday with revised timings from October 20 till December 1. The train will depart from Guwahati at 13:15 hours and arrive Agartala at 04:10 hours with revised timings on next day. The timings of the train have also been changed at Ambassa, Dharmanagar, New Karimganj, Badarpur, Lumding Jn. and Hojai stations.
The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and through NTES and notified in social media platforms of NF Railway. Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey, Sabyasachi De, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR stated in a press release.
