Kohima, April 16 (MExN): As per the recommendation make by the Selection Committee, the Nagaland Football Association (NFA) today announced the shortlisted players for final selection for U-20 National Football Championship 2026 to be held at Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh.
The players includes; Medongusie Kimho, Viphrezo Savino, Khosayi, Diezekho Neihu, Haominiun, Pfutsulo, Kitiuselie, Namsansang Manen, Bensanba, Nastchuba, Solum, Seikam, Kevisede, Rokoselie Rhitso, Vizokhotuo Belho, Naisithungbo Abouna, Haominglal Sothou, Mang Konyak, Nokway Konyak, Seiminlun Lhanghal, Mughebe Aye, Nyak, Chivezo Sozo, Kuhusezo Vese, Linmingou Singsit, Galchuipou Pamei, Giftson Thiumai, Tsurito Yim, Jared A Awomi, Chingao L. Konyak, Enithung Ezung, Vinato Achumi, Lhousakhoto Tsiikrii, Anzio M. Suokhrie and Wolumo Ezung.
The selection committee further recommended the following players who are currently playing AIFF Youth League finals. Atou B. Sumi (Football 4 Change), Atuo Aaron Sukhalu (Suduva Delhi FC), Limathung Lotha, Visielie Vesa and Kevisevor Sashiimo ( all from Asii Football Academy).
The shortlisted players have been requested to report to the Team Manager/Coach on April 19 at Chiimoukedima Football Ground at 4:00 PM.
Seikhotinthang Thongson will assist as Team Manager with Khwhetelhi Thopi, AFC “B” and Neithovilie Chalie, AFC “C” & AFC GK Level-1 as coach and assistant coach respectively.
