NFR informs on cancellation, diversion of trains

Maligaon, April 24 (MExN): In view of yard re-modelling, pre non-interlocking from April 25 to 27 and non-interlocking works on April 28 and 29 at Siliguri Jn station under Katihar division of NF Railway have become necessary. Accordingly few trains have been cancelled, partially cancelled and diverted. 

Cancellation of train services: 
•    Train no. 07520 (Siliguri Jn.-Malda Court) DEMU Special commencing journey from April 27 to 29 and Train no. 07519 (Malda Court-Siliguri Jn.) DEMU Special commencing journey from April 28 to 30 will remain cancelled. 

•    Train no. 07525/07526 (Siliguri Jn.-New Bongaigaon-Siliguri Jn.) DEMU Special, Train No. 07513/07514 (Siliguri Jn – Bamanhat- Siliguri Jn.) DEMU Special and Train No. 07521 (Siliguri Jn.-Haldibari) DEMU Special commencing journey on April 28 and 29 will remain cancelled.

•    Train No. 07522 (Haldibari – Siliguri Jn.) DEMU Special commencing journey on April 29 and 30 will remain cancelled.

Partial Cancellation of trains: 
•    Train No. 07508 (Siliguri Jn-Radhikapur) DEMU Special and Train No. 07544 (Siliguri Jn.-Katihar) DEMU Special commencing journey on April 28 and 29 will be short originated from Baghdogra and will remain cancelled between Siliguri Jn. and Baghdogra. 

•    Train No. 07507 (Radhikapur – Siliguri Jn.) DEMU Special and Train No. 07543 (Katihar - Siliguri Jn.) DEMU Special commencing journey on April 28 and 29 will be short terminated at Baghdogra and will remain cancelled between Baghdogra and Siliguri Jn. 

•    Train No. 15719 (Katihar – Siliguri) Intercity Express commencing journey on April 29 will be short terminated at Baghdogra and will remain cancelled between Baghdogra and Siliguri Jn. 

Diversion of train:
Train no. 13246 (Rajendra Nagar – New Jalpaiguri) Capital Express commencing journey on April 28 will be diverted via Aluabari Road – Dumdangi.  This train will have 5 minutes stoppage at Kishanganj and Aluabari Road. 

The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available in IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of NFR. ‘Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey,’ Sabyasachi De, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR stated in a press release.
