Minister of Railways, Electronics and IT and Communications, Ashwini Vaishnaw on Saturday conducted a detailed review of various safety aspects of the Indian Railways. The meeting was attended by board members of Ministry of Railways, zonal officials and divisional officials. Ashwini emphasised on various safety aspects of automatic signaling, long hours of crews, yard modernization and safety in yard infrastructure, duster management team. Further, he instructed for a fortnightly safety action plan and its review on regular basis.
