MALIGAON, DECEMBER 6 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to run few more one-way special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers. These special trains will operate between Silchar- Gomti Nagar, Alipurduar Jn – Kanpur Central, Guwahati – SMVT Bengaluru and Rangapara North –Rani Kamalapati railway stations. The special trains will run a single trip from December 8-10, a press release issued by CPRO Sabyasachi De informed.
Accordingly, Special train no. 05612 (Silchar – Gomti Nagar) one way special will depart from Silchar at 18:45 hours on December 8 (Friday) to reach Gomti Nagar at 12:00 hours on December 10 (Sunday). The special train will run via Badarpur Jn, New Haflong, Lumding Jn, Guwahati, Goalpara Town, New Bongaigaon, New Jalpaiguri, Katihar Jn, Barauni Jn, Hajipur, Gorakhpur Jn etc.
Train no. 05458 (Alipurduar Jn – Kanpur Central) one way special will depart from Alipurduar Jn at 23:00 hours on December 9 (Saturday) to reach Kanpur Central at 04:05 hours on December 11 (Monday). The train will run via Dalgaon, New Jalpaiguri Jn, Kishanganj, Katihar Jn, Barauni Jn, Samstipur Jn, Hajipur, Gorakhpur Jn, Ayodhya Cantt, etc.
Train no 05670 (Guwahati –SMVT Bengaluru) one way special will depart from Guwahati at 06:00 hours on December 9 (Saturday)to reach SMVT Bengaluru at 09:10 hours on December 11 (Monday). The train will run via Goalpara Town, New Bongaigaon, New Jalpaiguri, Kishanganj, Malda Town, Burddhaman, Kharagpur Jn, Bhubaneswar, Vizianagaram Jn, Vijayawada Jn, Katpadi Jn, etc.
Another special train no 05866 (Rangapara North – Rani Kamalapati)one way special will depart from Rangapara North on December 10 (Sunday)at 08:00 hours to reach Rani Kamalapati at 04:30 hours of h December 12 (Tuesday). The special train will run via Rangiya Jn, Bongaigaon, New Coochbehar, New Jalpaiguri Jn, Kishanganj, Barauni Jn, Gorakhpur Jn., Kanpur Central, Bhopal etc.
