DIMAPUR, MARCH 6 (MExN): The Nagaland GBs Federation (NGBF) has decided to organize peaceful rallies in all district headquarters, including Meluri and Tseminyu sub divisions on March 9 at 10:00am to urge the Government of India to “fulfill the promises given to the Nagas.” The decision to hold the rally was taken during an executive meeting of the NGBF on March 4. “We are made to understand by the negotiators that all the core issues have been resolved and agreed upon by them and all unresolved matters shall be left to be pursued through democratic political processes, so there is no more reason to delay in concluding the ongoing Naga Peace talks," a press release from NGBF President, Shalem Konyak Zalipu; General Secretary, Shikuto; and Media Secretary, Akhu Naga stated. It invited all civil organizations, tribal hohos and individual to participate in the peace rallies “to voice out in unison for early Naga Political solution.”
