Dimapur, December 10 (MExN): The NH-29 Landowner Union (Purana Bazar to Chümoukedima) on Saturday informed that the Gauhati High Court has passed judgment in favour of Union, in the matter relating to payment of compensation of four-lane widening from Purana Bazar to Chümoukedima.
As such, in preparation for further course of action, the union has called for a General Body Meeting on December 13, (Tuesday) at its treasurer’s residence, at Charity School near Faith Petrol Pump, 5th Mile, Chümoukedima at 2:00 pm.
In this connection, all the 230 members who have filed the case in the Gauhati High Court have been directed to report to the said meeting personally, failing which the union shall not be responsible for any further consequences.
