Dimapur, October 4 (MExN): The Nagaland Handloom & Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd (NHHDC) will be organising the State Handloom Expo at Urban Haat, Dimapur, from November 11 to 17. In this connection, the Corporation has invited applications from interested Co-operative Societies, Producer Companies, SHGs, Federations, Apex Societies, Handloom & Handicrafts agencies, including silk weavers, jute artisans, and KVIC, for participation.
Applications can be submitted to the Project Cell, NHHDC Ltd, Half Nagarjan, Dimapur, along with a detailed address, mobile number, bank account number, and IFSC code of the participants during office hours. The last date for submission of applications is October 30.
All stalls will be provided free of cost, and a lump-sum amount for TA/DA will pe provided. In addition, freight charges will be reimbursed as per the prescribed rates of NHDP guidelines, the NHHDC added. The Expo is sponsored by the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handloom), Union Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi.
