DIMAPUR, APRIL 23 (DIPR): A five member delegation from the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) headed by Justice D Murugesan Member, NHRC arrived at Dimapur airport on April 23 afternoon. The other NHRC members in the team included JS Kochher, Jt. Secretary NHRC; Chhaya Sharma, DIG, NHRC; D Kammath, Dy Registrar NHRC and SK Rawal, Private Secretary NHRC. On arrival at Dimapur airport, Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome along with State Protocol officer Nagaland, Nusieta Rhakho, Additional Commissioner Police and other government officials received them at the airport. Justice D Murugesan will be the chief guest at the NHRC open hearing on various issues relating to atrocities and problems faced by scheduled castes and scheduled tribes at Kohima on April 24, to be held at the Administrative Training Institute Kohima.
