
Kohima, December 8 (MExN): The Nagaland In-service Doctors’ Association has decided to withdraw Non-COVID and other non-essential medical services across the state from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on December 11.
The decision was taken in support of the Indian Medical Association’s (IMA) call against the Centre’s decision to allow Ayurveda doctors to practice modern surgical procedures, NIDA President Dr E Phyantsuthung anf Joint Secretary Dr Thomas Keppen said in a press release on Tuesday.
It however stated that COVID related medical services and other emergency medical services would remain unaffected.
