Kohima, April 11 (MExN): The 18th graduation ceremony of Assembly of God Bible School was held on April 6 in Kohima with the theme ‘Call for God’s Ministry’. Altogether nine students graduated with Certificate in Theology.
A press note stated that the guest speaker Rev Thebemo Yanthan, Coordinator AGBCTI-AGEI, pointed out that Christian ministry is not a job, not a career, but a calling from the Creator. He exhorted the graduates to keep the calling of God for ministry with prayer as the fuel of life and people as the focus, and perseverance to get to the finishing line.
Earlier, Rev Dr T R Angami, Founder Principal, gave the welcome address and also gave away special awards and certificates. Abi Pfusenuo, lecturer, read the scripture, and the graduates presented special songs. The programme concluded with a mass spoken prayer.
