Young Professional from NITI Aayog visited Akuhaito Aspirational Block under Zunheboto District on May 28.

Akuhaito Town, May 28 (MExN): An official visit by a Young Professional from NITI Aayog to the Akuhaito Aspirational Block under Zunheboto District was conducted at Chairman's Residence, Akuhaito Town on May 28. The programme, jointly organised by the MLA of 32 A/C Atoizu and the District Administration of Zunheboto, was chaired by Kivikali, Aspirational Block Fellow.
The event opened with a prayer by Amento, Pastor of Akuhaito Town Baptist Church, followed by a welcome note and presentation by Khuheto, GB of Akuhaito and Chairman of the Coco Joint Council. Short speeches were delivered by MLA Er Picto Shohe, and Hukato Shohe, President of AAGBA.

The keynote address was dlivered by Ngayaipam A Shimray, Young Professional from NITI Aayog, who also engaged in discussions with village and town authorities as well as departmental representatives. Dr Samuel Akho Konyak P, NCS, Extra Assistant Commissioner , Atoizu and Nodal Officer of the Aspirational Block Programme, offered remarks on the status and prospects of development in the block.
Kitoli Naje, Chairperson of the Akuhaito Town Council, delivered the vote of thanks, and the programme concluded with a benediction by Shri Bohoka, Youth Pastor of Akihaito Town Baptist Church.
