Kohima, July 27 (MExN): The Naga Mothers’ Association (NMA) in collaboration with the Salesians of Don Bosco Province distributed relief items to the quarantine centres and COVID Hospitals in the state.
The NMA handed over 500 kg rice, Dal, eggs, sugar, milk, tea leaf to the NMA unit of Zeliangrong Mepui Organisation and Peren District Administration for the Quarantine centres in Peren.
The Tuensang District Mothers Association having partnered the NMA for decades, the relief items were sent to help the returnees from this district. For the quarantine centre at Tuensang, 400 kg rice, Dal, eggs, sugar, milk, tea leaf were handed over to the District Task Force through the EAC K Rose.
Food items were also sent to the COVID Hospitals at Chedema and NHAK for the doctors, nurses and patients.
