DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 3 (MExN): The Nagaland Medical Council (NMC) has informed that all allopathic medical practitioners who are serving or practicing modern medicine in Nagaland must be registered with the Nagaland Medical Council.
Allopathic doctors in the central government services/visiting doctors coming from outside of Nagaland for medical camps/ clinics/hospitals and nursing homes must register with the NMC, a circular issued by NMC Registrar, Dr Kevilhulie Meyase stated. Further all registered medical practitioners registered under the Council must renew their registration after every 5 (five) years. These mandates are stipulated under the relevant provisions of the Nagaland Medical Act 2014.
