Dimapur, September 25 (MExN): The Naga National Council (NNC) convened an emergency National Hoho on September 23 and elected Vekronü Dozo, the incumbent NSA, Mayam, Riyam (Supreme Court) as the group’s interim Kedahge (President). This was informed in a press release from the group’s Vice President Thupuswuyi S Keyho on Wednesday. The release stated that the meeting was held “in view of the constitutional crisis created by the Kedahge Brig (Retd) S Singya implicating the NNC and FGN in the ongoing talks with India for a solution under India.”
