
DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 20 (MExN): The Naga National Council Parent Body (NNC PB), led by President Z. Royim, has announced its withdrawal from the Naga National Political Alliance (NNPA).
The declaration, made in a joint statement on September 20, 2024, positions the NNC PB as a key stakeholder in the ongoing political discourse surrounding Naga identity and rights.
The NNC PB has expressed its intention to join with the Naga National Political Groups (NNPGs), reaffirming its commitment to the 'Agreed Position' that seeks to address the aspirations of the Naga people. President Z. Royim emphasized the importance of unity among Naga political entities to achieve common goals.
