Kohima, March 3 (MExN): The Naga National Council (NNC) Youth Federation, Chakhesang Region (CR) has warned all the irregular officers and employees of the department(s) under District Headquarter, Phek and subsequently asked them to be in station and regular in their assigned duties.
The NNC Youth Federation, CR president Kuduve Kapfo in a press statement stated that many officers and employees were found irregular and out of station almost all the time and was drawing their hefty salaries without satisfactory performance. The federation further stated that, the absence of the officers was indeed creating chaos for the people of the villages “when they come travelling all the way to town from villages spending energies, money, time etc. could not meet their needs even after waiting for 3 to 4 days and even a week and return their home all in vain.”
The federation warned that, from now on, if any such irregular and extreme out station officers and staffs are caught, a stern action as deemed fit would be initiated against those employees by the federation for the larger interest of the people of the area and the community.
