The Nagaland National Pension System Government Service Employees Forum (NNPSGSEF) today announced that it will be joining the ‘national strike’ demanding the scrapping of National Pension System (NPS) and restoring the Old Pension Scheme (OPS).
Accordingly, the Forum will be stating a Peaceful Dharna outside the Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima on February 16 from 11AM onwards.
The Dharna is being held to stand in solidarity with the nationwide strike organised by the All India State Government Employees Federation (AISGEF) whose demands match with the objective of the Forum “Scrap NPS. Restore OPS,” informed NNPSGSEF President Moanungsang and General Secretary Imnasenla Pongener.
