Through a billboard, the Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industries (KCCI) has called for strict maintenance of social distancing protocol during shopping hours in the state capital Kohima.
Through billboard which is pasted in almost all the shops in Kohima, the KCCI emphasized on limiting people to shop at a time and embarked “No mask no entry.”
Before entering the shop, KCCI requested the customers to wear mask, wash hands, sanitize hands and maintain social distancing protocol for everyone safety.
Earlier, KCCI instructed all shopkeepers to follow government guidelines by providing basic items like water, soap and sanitizer in their respective shops/establishments.
Defaulters will be denied opening of their shops, it stated adding that social distancing protocol has to be maintained strictly within the business premises.
