Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today informed that there is no master plan developed to tackle the water logging problem in the super market/Naga Shopping Arcade in Dimapur.
Replying to MLA Imkong L. Imchen in starred question, Rio stated that there is no specification/action plan to redesign the Naga shopping arcade.
On being asked whether the government is contemplating to tackle the issue at the earliest, Rio stated that Development Authority (DAN) in its 67th Board Meeting held on February 2 this year has directed DAN to come out with proper master plan of the Naga shopping arcade.
CDPO post at Atoizu HQs
Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio said the state government is contemplating to establish CDPO post at Atoizu HQs.
Replying this to MLA Er. Picto Shohe in starred question, Rio stated that the government has forwarded the proposal to the Ministry of Social Women and Child Development, Government of India.
However, no sanction from the Ministry has been received till date.
He stated that the state government is pursuing the matter with the Ministry.
Minister for transport, civil aviation & railways and land resources P. Paiwang Konyak who is also minister in charge of information & public relations stated that the department has submitted a proposal for creation of Information Centre at Atoizu ADC Headquarter on January 18, 2019 and it is under process for the consideration of the government.
Relying to MLA Yitachu in starred question, minister for health & family welfare S. Pangyuh Phom stated that the department is in the process of upgrading Sub Health Centre Phokhungri to Primary Health Centre in view of the remoteness and absence of higher health facilities in the area, through the population is less than the re requisite requirement of 80.000/PHC.

Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio laid annual administrative report 2018-19 of the Personnel & Administrative Reforms department while minister for environment, forest, climate change and justice and law CM Chang laid annual administrative report 208-18 of justice and law department.
Minister for soil & water conservation V. Kashiho Sangtam laid the annual administrative report of soil and water conservation.
Later, chief minister Neiphiu Rio laid Nagaland Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Rules, 2017. Minister for Health & Family welfare S. Pangyuh Phom laid rule of the Nagaland Pharmacy Regulation 2015.
Minister for soil & water conservation and geology & mining V. Kashiho Sangtam laid annual report 2015-2016 of the Nagaland State Mineral Development Corporation Limited.
MLA Dr. Chotisuh Sazo, chairman of the Committee on Government Assurances (2019-2020) laid a copy of the Ninety-Fifth Report of Committee on Government Assurances (6th Session of the 12th Nagaland Legislative Assembly).
