Dimapur, November 11 (MExN): The Phisami Village Student Union (PVSU) in an open letter to the Director School Education stated that the class 5 and class 7 students of Phisami GMS is sitting for final examination without mathematics subject as the teacher is transferred out in the middle of the academic session i.e. in October 2011 no one to take care of the subject. The letter appended by PVSU, General Secretary, Atoka Yeptho stated that the omission of mathematics subject due to non-availability of the teacher not only hampers the career of students but causes mental unrest to the student community. The PVSU has therefore, requested the concerned authority to look into the matter at the earliest so that the career of the student is not hampered.
