Dimapur, June 29 (MExN): The “regional administrative system” of the NSCN-K will not be established in “UT-1” it was informed. “UT-1” or “union territory-1” is Dimapur. A note from the MIP stated that the situation regarding “civil administration” will be looked after by the supervisor of the region till such time “full administration” is able to be established by “the government.” Presently, there is no chairman, vice-chairman or secretary in “UT-1” and their duties will be assigned to persons selected on temporary basis by the supervisor.
