Kohima, September 30 (MExN): The Nagaland Two Wheeler Taxi Association (NTWTA), Kohima HQ informed the public that due to its 4th annual picnic cum foundation day on October 2, no scooty taxi will be ply on the said date. This was stated in a release issued by NTWTA Keneisalie Belho.
