Noklak, September 10 (MExN): The Noklak District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held under the chairmanship of Advisor Fisheries, Evaluation & Economics & Statistics, L Khumo at DC Conference Hall on September 9.
The house discussed various developmental proposals and approved to be forwarded to the concerned authority for necessary consideration. The proposals were submission of existing site map and proposal site of DC complex at Noklak; construction of DC residence, flat type quarters for officers and GA rest house at Noklak HQ; requirement of land for Police at Noklak HQ; SDGs coordination cells; operate/run local taxi service in Noklak Town and request for approval of local taxi fare by the DPDB.
The house also forwarded the request for approval of DDMA JCB monitoring committee and guidelines for hiring; officers clubs Noklak matter; adoption of Noklak town by DPDB; establishment of Treasury office at Noklak; Accidentals Insurance Scheme; upgradation of government middle school at Chilliso village under SAMAGRA; construction of school building in Jejeiking and Pangking villages and renovation of school building in pang GPS; and construction of EAC quarter at Panso.
