Noklak monthly SDPDB meeting held

Noklak, May 11 (MExN): The monthly meeting of Noklak SDPDB was held on May 5 at ADC Conference Hall Noklak. EAC & Member Secretary SDPDB Noklak, Peniang chairing the programme reminded that the meeting should be taken seriously by all concerned.   According to a press release, the meeting discussed to provide grant-in-aid to Christian School Sanglao under Thonoknyu sub-division as the proposal submitted by the teacher in charge of the school was found to be viable. It was recommended by the SDEO Noklak and a decision to forward the matter to the concerned authority for consideration was approved.   Change of sector name from Penngan to that of Longton was also deliberated and has decided to refer the matter to the parent village (Noklak village) and other relevant local bodies for obtaining consensus in approving the same.

  Congestion at SBI Bank Noklak counter, especially in the first part of the month for making transaction causing serious inconvenient to the customer was discussed. It was decided to take the matter to the PWD department for extension of the building.   Instituting sub-divisional award to individual for exceptional achievement was deferred to the next meeting. The Principal GHSS Noklak briefed the house on recent NBSE result and also highlighted about the forthcoming HSLC compartmental examination.
