Kohima, March 18 (MExN): The Directorate of Art & Culture Nagaland has invited nominations for the Governor’s Award for distinction in the fields of arts, music and literature for 2026.
In this connection, Deputy Commissioner of Kohima and Chairman of the Kohima District Level Committee, B Henok Buchem, has issued a notification stating that nominations must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and procedures.
Applicants are required to submit a duly filled Personal Information Form along with six copies of the recommendation or citation, signed by the recommending authority, informed the State DIPR .
All required documents must be submitted to the office on or before May 5, 2026. The awards will be announced on the occasion of Independence Day 2026.
