Dimapur, November 19 (MExN): DC Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan has informed all concerned that those organising weddings and such events should apply to the Dimapur District Task Force at least 2 weeks prior to the date of event.

The application is needed so that necessary inspections regarding adherence to the COVID-19 protocols and SOPs can be conducted and permission can be granted for the events, according to a DIPR report.

The order came following the advisory issued by the State Directorate of Health and Family Welfare for weddings, marriages and social events on November 17.
