Mokokchung, September 11 (MExN): The Central NPF team in-charge of NPF Mokokchung division toured 29th Jangpetkong A/C and 30th Alongtaki A/C in Mokokchung district. The team led by Nchumo Kikon, General Secretary, Central Office, Yangerlemba, Secretary, and L. Senti Yanger, General Secretary (Youth Wing) were accompanied by Moasangba, President NPF Mokokchung division and his colleagues.
On September 7, the team had a consultative meeting at Mangkolemba with 29th Jangpetkong A/C party leaders from various units, informed a press release. The house deliberated thoroughly to resolve the impasse in reorganization of 29th Jangpetkong Assembly Constituency unit office bearers. It was unanimously decided that reorganization process of the office bearers will be completed before October 15, 2016, the release said.
Meanwhile, on September 8, the team visited 30th Alongtaki Assembly Constituency and held consultative meeting at Zulutemba Memorial Hall, Longchem. In the meeting, the 30th Alongtaki A/C unit was represented by A/C office bearers along with all frontal officers and 26 units’ Presidents and General Secretaries out of 31 units. Many party leaders spoke and emphasized on various party issues in the meeting.
Among them, Yangerlemba, Secy., Central Office, encouraged party leaders to unite and work harder in order to strengthen the NPF party and the need to prepare for the coming General Election.
Nchumo Kikon, Gen. Secy., Central Office, apprised to the party men and women about the working system in the party set-up and urged them to work cohesively in the interest of their elected legislator, Dr. Benjongliba Aier.
At the end of the meeting, the party leaders from 30th Alongtaki A/C urged the Central team and Division Office bearers to convey to the Government about the problem faced by the public because of the deplorable road condition and poor connectivity in the entire constituency.
